WORKING STRUCTURE:
The formula and its intellectual property remain with KSA Perfumery. The approved fragrance is supplied as a compounded concentrate for commercial production. Finished-product testing, regulatory registration, filling, and packaging are handled separately unless included in the agreed project scope.
